I looked at the clouds and thought "Hmmm. It might be a cool sunrise this morning."
So I turned around on my walk, went home, got my camera and drove to Dangar's lagoon. By the time the sun rose the clouds had banked up a bit and the sunrise was not as astounding as I thought it might be. I took photos, fiddled with them and picked out one favourite for you to look at - a black and white sunrise!!! Then I promptly forgot to show you - so here it is.
Lamentations 3:22-24
Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
I say to myself, "The LORD is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him."
